What is physiotherapy?

Physiotherapists are healthcare providers who are experts in movement. A focused and encompassing assessment gives the physiotherapist a clear picture of what is going on. The assessment does not only indicate where the discomfort exists but all the areas that are interconnected within the body.

Why choose us?

Our focus is on you.  We’ll listen to your concerns and help you focus on your why .

What is your why?

“If you were in 100% health right now, what would you be doing?”

This is a question that our therapists ask in your assessment to help determine your goals.  We all have a why that is important to us. Why do we want to be pain-free? Why do we want to be stronger or move better? Why did you decide to book your appointment with us?

We aim to empower you to discover your why and get you on the path towards your goals. We will help you determine your path to achievable goals and help keep you focused, every step of the way.
